The base has been stained in my light stain, then letetred in Black and then finished with my hand rubbed Beeswax Finish. This will arrive signed and dated. Would you like the sign a different color? ALL of my signs are made using NEW Clean Top Grade Knotty White Pine that was cut right here in the USA. All wood is ¾ night thick. My Pallet Signs are all made by me, using fresh clean pine, never dirty used wood. Wood screws & glue hold my pallets together. Each sign is hand sanded, painted and distressed by me, using many coats of paint to achieve that worn old look. My painting, aging technique & lettering is all Hand done. Small imperfections are part of the hand stenciling process, so you may see a slight imperfection on my signs here & there. There is a notch on the back for easy hanging.
