We have talked about making miniatures from trash to treasure projects before, but it got a bit to long. So today we are starting part 2.
Well this just about rolls everything I adore into one perfect little package– miniature crafts, the golden age of travel and tiny fairy doors to another world. Marisa and David of Queanbeyan, Australia make dollhouses out of beautiful old suitcases they come across. They love to make old things new

Welcome to my "little" stop on the Club Scrap Constellations Blog Hop. Miniature books made using Club Scrap Constellations papers and stamps. Miniature handmade books displayed in a matchbox. I seem to be a "little" obsessed with miniature handmade books this month! It's like I'm "seein' stars" when I think of these mini book projects. The small scale galaxy print on the Constellations 8.5x11" White Text Weight Print (CST) was ideal for wrapping the covers. The smaller images on the Constellations Unmounted Stamps worked well for decorating for the front covers and inside pages. Each mini book has its own special features. It all started when I made this mini pamphlet stitch book to fit inside the 2-1/2 x 1-1/2" matchbox I had in my stash. (If you're interested in assembly instructions, check out the link for details.) I don't want to bore you with duplicate info, so I'm going to let the pictures do the talking. I guess it just wasn't in the stars for me to create only one mini book. For book #2, I created the world's smallest spiral bound notebook complete with a tiny library card holder attached to the inside cover. Spiral binding created with needle, waxed linen thread, and wooden dowel. Last, but not least...how cute is this tiny book with a nook built inside? I even got to incorporate the Constellations theme with a tiny bottle of glitter "star dust" inside! Below, a few visuals of the mini nook book construction. Wrapped outside book cover. Nook made with matte board cut to fit inside. Wrapped book nook piece is glued to the inside back cover. I think the Nook Book may be my favorite! It looks like I have a good start on a mini matchbox library. It will be fun to make more mini books with other Club Stamp Prints to add to my collection. Talk about "light" reading!!! Ha! Next on the hop is the lovely and talented Shona at Shona Scraps. Be sure to check out what she is up to with the Constellations Kit. Thanks for looking. Kay

Koca bir evreni minicik bir konserve kutusuna sığdırmak mı? Japon minyatür tasarımcısı Kiyotaka Mizukoshi bunu en gerçekçi haliyle başarmış.
- Old magical potion room with wooden shelf with books, potions, crystals... - Each book is made in great detail, the pages in the book are glued one by one to make it look as realistic as possible. - The things on the shelf are glued, but the top of the shelf is not. - On the floor of the room, only the books are glued, everything else is not. - You can see in the pictures what is not glued and will be packed separately and put in the box. - The background of the box is done in imitation of a stone wall with moss. Dimensions: Height: 23.5 cm / 9.3 inches Width: 13 cm / 5.1 inches Depth: 12 cm / 4.7 inches - Cleaning with a dry cloth or dust brush. ● Small parts are for adult collectors and are not suitable for very young children due to choking hazards. The box is One Of A Kind.
