Here's a switch from my recent posts of photos from my Alaska trip. The Girlfriend's Office party every year is held at our local zoo. When we arrived, this peacock was strutting his stuff for one of the peahens. (Peafowl refers to the bird species, peacock refers to the males, peahen refers to the females, and specifically this is an Indian Peafowl). Our zoo has a bunch of these birds just roaming around. This is the first time I can remember seeing one showing the full spender of its train.
