This spreadsheet is the BEST data collection system I have created to track my students' progress towards their IEP goals. As an intervention specialist with large caseloads (up to 24!), I know the value of simple, efficient systems. The Google Sheet template includes everything in the original four goals/student version: - Caseload "at a glance" page, showing you all students and the areas they have goals (formatted to update when goal is added to the student's tab) - Build for an entire school year, 8 progress reporting periods - Each students’ data is on a separate page for privacy and clarity - Formatting averages up to 5 trials per goal (able to edit to include more) - Template is built to 25 students - Names in the “Caseload” tab are hyperlinks to that student’s unique tab - As you add goals, the subjects with a goal turn yellow on the “Caseload” tab This product ALSO includes: - EIGHT goals per student, labeled Reading, Writing, Math, Behavior, Extra 1, Extra 2, Extra 3, and Extra 4 (labels are editable) - Protection from accidentally editing highly formatted cells Check out the video walkthrough here! (The video uses the 4 goals per student version to demonstrate the template and show you how to set it up.) ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Want to track objectives also? Check out this version! Do you want graphs from your data? See two graphs you can easily make from this Sheet! And check out my Student Friendly version loaded with visuals! Need more than 5 trials? See how to add additional trials here! ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- If you want to know anything else - drop me a question and I will get back to you quickly. It means a lot to me to know how these work for you - your feedback is so appreciated! - Rachel
