Clean with a warm damp cloth to remove all dust, dirt & fibres (as this can create air-bubbles!) and dry wall thoroughly with paper towel. Do not remove backing until you have worked out the placement of decals on wall. Allow newly painted walls at least 40 days to outgas before application.
