Intéressés par l'investissement immobilier, Pauline et sa famille ont repéré ce studio à vendre parfaitement bien localisé. Et pour cause, il se situe dans le même immeuble d'habitations parisien que leur appartement familial. Seuls quelques étages séparent les deux logements. Dans un premier temps, ils l'envisagent comme un bien à mettre en location. Mais, très vite, compte tenu de l'activité de Pauline - coach en management à son compte - et des amis, de la famille régulièrement de passage dans la Capitale, ils décident de le garder. Le 13 m2 sera tour à tour logement ponctuel et lieu de travail. Afin de ne pas faire d'erreurs, ils confient à l'architecte d'intérieur de l'agence Décodage Création, la réalisation de nouveaux plans et d'un cahier des charges détaillé. La famille décide de faire appel à leur propre entrepreneur. Après plusieurs mois de rénovation (et de complications aussi), le studio réunit toutes les fonctions d'un appartement. Et bénéficie d'un jardin intérieur bien pensé...
