After a very long time i am finally posting a fun project i did based on Comic "Old Man Logan" by Mark Millar & Steve McNiven. I did whole design and sculpt inspired by comic. Finally get to post my Floronic Man designs for Swamp Thing! I had such an amazing time working on this show with Justin Raleigh and his incredible team at @fracturedfxinc . I was absolutely blown away by the work Fractured FX did on this project and so grateful to Justin for bringing me on board. Floronic Man was a great assignment, having to design a character that was the opposite of Swampthing was a challenge. We went dry and dead with him and stayed in the yellows. Knowing that Kevin Durand was going to play the character was also very exciting. I loved his character. He was incredible.

I started this project solely to learn hair grooming and Xgen for the first time. The project grew beyond Xgen study/practice where I also learned to utilize XYZ displacement packages with Mari. Albedo was polypainted using Zbrush, and Substance Designer was used to process my roughness along with other helpful auxiliary maps. Overall I still think there is much to learn about xgen grooming, loads to improve, but it is time to put this project to bed.
