Wat wij altijd aanraden bij het inmaken van kersen is: Als u stevige kersen heeft verwijder dan de pit. Zijn u kersen zachter, maak dan u kersen in met pit en al! Daardoor blijven zachte kersen steviger. Wij hebben voor dit recept gebruik gemaakt van de 1/2 liter stortglazen van WECK.
