34.8K likes, 83 comments. “Weekend like this 🤍 Let’s make Matcha Cheesecake Cookie for breakfast 🍵☀️ 120g butter 150g white sugar 1 egg 1tsp vanilla extract 200g all purpose flour 1/2tsp baking powder 1/2tsp baking soda 1tbsp matcha powder 1/4tsp salt 200g cream cheese 100g sugar 1tsp vanilla 120g heavy cream 1. Beat butter and suagar together until light and creamy, then add egg and vanilla extract, mix until combined. 2. Sift together all dry ingredients and add to the wet ingredient bowl. Mix until combined. 3. Portion cookie dough with ice cream scooper on to a plate with parchment paper. Chill overnight or until they become solid. 4. Bake at 180c for 10-11 minutes, or you can check but touching the edge of cookie and it should set. Let the cookies cool on the rack. 5. Mix together cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract. Set it aside while whisking heavy cream until soft peak. Combine both of them together (dont mix everything together like it did, it was flat and not fluffy at all! I got lazy 🥲) 6. Top the cream cheese frosting on the cookies, and enjoy ☺️🤍🍵”
