Hier après-midi, sous un joli soleil printanier, Poupette fait des aller-retour sur le parcours sensoriel que je lui ai préparé. Avec quelques couvercles de boites en carton et des contenus différents, j’ai réalisé un drôle de petit chemin spécialement conçu pour réveiller les petons. Au début, elle perdait un peu l’équilibre, elle était hésitante et sans doute un peu déstabilisée d’être autorisée à plonger les pieds dans la farine! Elle a ensuite évolué tranquillement sur le parcours tout en me disant ce qu’elle ressentait sous ses pieds. Exactement comme nous l’avions fait cet été aux jardins de Brocéliande. C’est froid, c’est chaud, ça pique, c’est doux, ça éclate, c’est agréable… J‘ai utilisé sept couvercles en cartons et autant de contenus différents: coton, haricots colorés, farine, carton ondulé, lentilles sèches, herbe fraichement coupée et papier bulle (on peut aussi mettre des plumes, de la semoule, des marrons, des feuilles mortes, du sable…). Le parcours se terminait sur une bassine d’eau et une serviette toute douce. Une petite expérience très intéressante pour éveiller et développer la sensibilité de la voûte plantaire, pour exprimer et retrouver des sensations connues ou inconnues.
