This one was a fun concept. I was torn between making a conventional tri-color camo pattern or doing something adventurous. I picked the latter. Dark stone base coat, pure red overlay for a gory, dripping blood effect. Matte white face. Dark toner over all. Then a drybrush of pure red after that, then another spot-treatment of dark toner. This is the largest mech I have, and I wanted it to be intimidating.

This is my first mech painted from start to finish with a wet palette. It definitely eliminates a lot of hassle. This has a base coat of light brown, with dark brown and light grey camo patterns. Strong tone wash (dark tone over missile areas), with a very minimal light grey drybrush finish.
