The patient reported difficulty moving parts of their body unlike before. The nurse diagnosed impaired physical mobility related to limb loss. The plan was for the patient to understand their situation and demonstrate techniques to resume activities after 4 hours of nursing interventions including limb care, exercises, and mobility training. The goal was for the patient to understand their care and display willingness to participate in rehabilitation.
