Quick "Hello there" bookmark created using the Eden's Garden Stamp Set and Eden Dies from Stampin' Up! #papercraftwithme
Thank you so much for popping by, happy Sunday and welcome to another Stampin Sunday Blog with some super talented demonstrators from around the world It's my delight to introduce you to a brand new stamp set and dies that will be available from the 4th of May. Its called Hand Penned Petals and it has co-ordinating dies that not only cut out some of the stamped images, they also cut a filigree style cluster of flowers. Which you can see on the box I decorated below I decided to stamp a whole sheet with the floral stamps, then cut it up to make a collection of tags in a box. They make the sweetest gift for someone, pretty and useful! Can you spy 3 of the 5 new in colours? Evening Evergreen, Soft Succulent and Polished Pink, I have to confess they are all beautiful this year, and I am looking forward to incorporating them into the rest of the Stampin' Up! palette. With the pieces left over I was able to make this card. I love the font style on the sentiments of this set. Do you spy some new gems? They are so sparkly and pretty and they come in the new in colours. Just a quick reminder, the last day you can order retiring items is the 3rd of May. Here is a video of my creative process... This blog hop is all about the NEW Annual catalog and NEW products that are in it. We are happy you have joined our Blog Hop, featuring Stampin' Up! ® Demonstrators from around the world sharing their new product projects with you! I chose to make a card using the brand new stamp set called Color & Contour, and feature the new In-Colors in my card. I stamped my background using several stamps from Color & Contour and all the new In-Colors. I also used the brand new Scalloped Contours Dies which is part of the Color & Contour bundle. My card base is in Fresh Freesia, cut at 4 1/4" x 11", scored at 5 1/2". My Polished pink layer is cut using the largest Scalloped Contours Dies, but measures right at 4" x 5 1/4". My Basic White layer is cut at 3 1/2" x 4 3/4" and then I used the Trio punch to round the corners after I stamped. I used the smallest die to stamp my sentiment in Evening Evergreen and popped that up with dimensionals over the Soft Succulent ribbon I adhered to the white and pink layers. To finish off the front I used some of the new In-Color Jewels for a bit of bling. For the inside I used a piece of Basic White cut at 4" x 5 1/4" and stamped my sentiment in Evening Evergreen again. I believe in no naked insides for my cards. :) I hope you have enjoyed my card I made today for this hop. I hope you will continue hopping with us by clicking on the list below to complete your hop! Hello and welcome to Kylie and Bruno's Demonstrator Training Blog Hop for July! We are a group of Stampin’ Up!® Demonstrators from all over the world sharing our love of stamping. We are all part of Kylie & Bruno Bertucci’s training group where we are having a great time learning and growing our Stampin’ Up!® businesses. If this is the first time you are visiting my blog, welcome! My name is Anne Marie Hile and I live in Texas in the United States. I’m so glad you stopped by today! You may be starting here or have arrived from another blog - either way, you can find the link list of all of the participants at the bottom of this post. Happy Hopping! Our theme for this blog hop is “Thank You”, specifically the thank you cards we are making to share with our customers this month. I decided to use one of my favorite suites in the Stampin’ Up!® Annual Catalog for my cards. The In Symmetry stamp set and coordinating Symmetrical Stems Border Punch are amazing for fun and whimsical floral images and the sentiments really pop. I always love a good font for sentiments and this one is gorgeous! The stamps and punch are sold separately OR can be purchased together in a bundle for 10% off. *I’ve listed all of the measurements and details for my card below and there is a full supply list at the very end of this post. Color Combo: Just Jade Flirty Flamingo Bumble Bee Night of Navy I just love the bright and cheery colors on this card! The Sweet Symmetry Designer Series Paper in this suite coordinates beautifully with the stamps and punch. Using a little or a lot of the DSP can create such different looks. This DSP is also on sale for an extra 15% off through August 2nd, which is great if you like to hoard…I mean, collect DSP like I do. Haha! Tipping my hat to Kylie & Bruno, I decided to “love it and chop it” and showcase the DSP on these cards. There is also a coordinating Flirty Flamingo Metallic Ribbon in this suite and if you’ve ever visited me before, I never say no when pink ribbon is involved. I just love how the metallic accents make the ribbon extra-fancy, too. Originally I had a bow on the card but the ribbon felt a little distracting, so I opted to add a little “zig-zag” pattern of the ribbon behind the sentiment instead. I also added some gold Metallic Pearls to compliment the gold in the ribbon. The punched leaves and the center of the largest flower are accented with Wink of Stella Glitter Brush because well, you just can’t go wrong with some extra sparkle! :) Card Measurements and Details: Just Jade Card Base: 4-1/4” x 11”, scored at 5-1/2” and folded in half to create card base Flirty Flamingo Cardstock: 4” x 5-1/4” Sweet Symmetry Designer Series Paper (pink pattern): 3-7/8” x 5-1/8” Flirty Flamingo Cardstock: 3-7/8” x 7/8”, embossed using the polka dots from the Checks & Dots Embossing Folders Sweet Symmetry Designer Series Paper (green pattern): 2-5/8” x 4”, die cut the second largest scalloped rectangle from the Stitched So Sweetly Dies Basic White Cardstock: 1-15/16” x 3-5/16”, stamp stems, leaves and flowers Basic White Cardstock: scrap to stamp the larger flower in Flirty Flamingo ink, color center with Dark Daffodil Delight Stampin’ Blends (it’s close to Bumblebee), fussy-cut with paper Snips, accent with Wink of Stella and adhere with Stampin’ Dimensionals. Just Jade Cardstock: scrap to punch out three leaves, accent with Wink of Stella Bumblebee Cardstock: 3” x 7/8”, stamp sentiment in Night of Navy ink and banner punch either end using the Tailored Tag Punch Flirty Flamingo ribbon and Metallic Pearls Basic White Cardstock (inside card): 4” x 5-1/4” Sweet Symmetry Designer Series Paper (pink pattern, inside card): 3/4” x 5-1/4” Finally, a look inside the card! I simply added another strip of that fun Designer Series Paper and some stamped leaves and hearts. Everything is more fun when you add hearts, right? I decided not to add a sentiment to allow room for a handwritten thank you note to share with my awesome customers letting them know how much I appreciate their support of my business. Thank you so much for stopping by our blog hop! Leave me a message to say hello and to let me know you visited today. Please click on the links below to “hop” along to see what all of these awesome demonstrators have shared this month. You are going to LOVE their projects, for sure! Je poursuis avec vous l'exploration de ces petites pépites du nouveau de notre catalogue 2021-2022, ces articles qui ont plus d'un tour dans leur sac, plus d'un corde à leur arc, plus d'un as dans leur manche !We keep exploring today these little gems from our new 2021-2022 catalog, these items that have more than one trick up its sleeve, more than one string to its bow! En plus d'être particulièrement créatif, ce lot a l'avantage de présenter un sujet peu commun qui aura grande chance de plaire à des publics souvent tels que les adolescents pour qui créer une carte, un projets s'avère souvent tâche délicate. In addition of being so creatif, this bundle also got this advantage to showcase a quite unusual theme that demanding recipients such as teenagers who somethimes give us some hard time to craft for, are very likely to like. Pour terminer, l'amoureuse des chats, qu'ils soient gros, très gros ou petits ne peut qu'avoir une vraie tendresse pour cette collection aussi... vous n'êtes pas à l'abris de la voir revenir sur un futur projet 😉 Last but not least, being a cat lover, whatever they are big, very big or small, I could only love this collection so... you might see this collection again around again 😉 Voici le vidéo-tutoriel... / Here is the video tutorial... Good morning my friends! I hope you're doing well today! It's time for the STAMPERS SHOWCASE BLOG HOP!!! YAYAYAYAYA! The most fabulous blog hop out there comprised of some of the most talented paper crafting designers out there! Of course you already know that this is my absolute FAVORITE blog hop! This month's theme is all about Summertime Florals. What a terrific theme for the beautiful month of June! My project features the Expressions in Ink/Artistically Inked collection of products, because that's what I've been working with all weekend. My pal Wendy and I had our Artistically Inked Blue Ridge Stampin' Escape this weekend, so it's been all about those beautiful watercolor splashes and flowers! I'm always in need of Thank You cards, so I try to make some up whenever I can. I LOVE the font used for the "THANKS" sentiment in this stamp set. So pretty isn't it? Anytime I do a White card, I always start with a THICK Basic White base. This one is a standard 8 1/2" x 5 1/2", scored at 4 1/4". Then, I added a 5 1/4" x 4" layer of regular Basic White Cardstock. You can use thick for this layer too, if you want. But I keep both kinds on hand so I just use the regular for layers. The next thing to do is attach the DSP layers. The floral one (with that gorgeous gold foil accent) is 5 1/4" x 1 1/4", and the Gold Foil striped one is 5 1/4" x 1/2". I stamped "THANKS" in Evening Evergreen ink, just above the DSP layers. Then I stamped the large flower in Pale Papaya on a scrap of Basic White cardstock. I die cut the flower out and then attached it to the card using Stampin' Dimensionals. The bow is made from Polished Pink 3/8" Open Weave Ribbon, and then attached to the edge of the flower using a glue dot. I added a few of the In-Color Jewels to finish it off. Wendy and I had a terrific time with our Stampin' Escape this weekend! I'll have tutorials available for purchase soon! Be on the lookout. You should plan to join us for our next one coming up in October! It's always a ton of fun! I hope you liked today's Artistically Inked Thank You Card! Be sure to click the NEXT Button to visit Annette's Blog. You're sure to find tons of floral inspiration as you hop along! Enjoy!
