Proiect casa rezidentiala Palazu Mare Unele proiecte realizate marcheaza momente importante din activitatea noastra profesionala. Acest proiect de casa este unul impresionant prin dimensiuni si stil. Este o casa rezidentiala care a beneficiat de consultanta noastra in privinta designului si a implementarii ideilor de design. A fost un proiect complex, care s-a desfasurat pe mai multe luni, in acest an. Totul a inceput cu beneficiarii, care ne-au contactat si ne-au prezentat casa lor si dorintele lor in materie de design exterior. Ne-au povestit ca au cautat foarte multe solutii de materiale, care sa se plieze pe dorintele lor de design, care, insa au dat gres, din perspectiva tehnica. Echipa noastra le-a prezentat avantajele folosirii elementelor decorative din polistiren expandat, de densitate mare, atunci cand exista termosistem pe fatada. Tehnologia noastra de productie ne permite realizarea oricarui model, simplu sau complex, la orice grosime si latime. Arcadele decorative sunt elemente pe care le realizam cu succes. In cadrul acestui proiect complex, arcadele sunt punctul de focus si de unitate, pentru stilul casei. Casa este de inspiratie clasica. A urmat realizarea proiectului de simulare 3D, de catre echipa noastra. Intrarea in productie a elementelor decorative, la dimensiunile stabilite in proiect. Produsele au fost livrate la santierul clientului prin transport propriu din fabrica. Echipa de montaj a inceput cu indreptarea fatadelor, trasarea unde vor fi montate elementele decorative, taierea lor pentru potrivirea perfecta cu dimensiunile de la fata locului, lipirea, chituirea si slefuirea lor. Dupa uscarea adezivului, finisarea elementelor decorative s-a facut cu vopsea lavabila de exterior. Ulterior echipa de montaj a aplicat si tencuiala decorativa pe fatade, astfel incat lucrarea sa fie finisata complet. Acum casa are exterior finisat si arata asa cum si-au imaginat si dorit beneficiarii. Urmeaza lucrul la interioare.
