This year I took part in the 36 Days of Type challenge. My approach was to spend thirty minutes on each entry as part of a daily creative warmup. Each letter is geometrically based and designed to be able to stand on their own or as a complete set.

I'd normally wait a bit before posting something else, but no one really cares about alternate Doctors right? So this was a nice little project that kept me busy for a few days. It was actually a bi-product of another Tardis that crashed and burned. But from the ashes came a rather nice platform that I intend to make good use of. This is a bit of a departure from my usual drivel, as this Tardis is intended to be a sort of early version of the Battle Tardis' used during the Time War, which thankfully have no canon interior design (that I can find), so I was able to go wild. So it's not a full fledged Battle Tardis, I imagine that would be bigger, after all they're supposed to also act as troop carriers. This one's more of a light defensive Tardis, with three seats for the gunners, and a special time rotor that does special thinks I haven't thought of yet. Maybe it can also be a Paradox engine I don't know. This Tardis is also different due to the colours it uses. I finally managed to break free from the clutches of my now dreaded combination of grey, brown and black...mostly. This one's got a nice sand blue floor and sand green walls. It's funny really, but the walls weren't supposed to be that colour, I only made them that way to make them easier to select and colour at a later stage. The walls and round things are also something new. I managed to make a nice pattern with Quarter round tiles for a change, just to spice things up. The walls are also new, I thought it'd be fun to try experimenting with concave (or whatever the term is) walls for a change. The windows...just looked nice I guess. I was gonna have that area be reams of data that would come streaming in to the Tardis from whatever battle it was in, but I didn't think I could pull it off. And that's that I guess. I've got another one in line (cos when don't I), so keep an eye out for one with a slightly different theme. One that was requested....by one of you! Just kidding, it was a discord person. TTFN I spose.
