Architecture, that literally lights up the page. Architectural Designer and Architect Meyssam Seddigh is the creator of these fascinating drawings. They involve: Interior design, exterior ones and everything in between. There isn't much information to tell how these drawings were accomplished, but if I had to take a guess I would say: The drawings are constructed the traditional way by hand, using a fineliner. The coloring is done using digital art. A fantastic way of using the best qualities to both mediums, to come up with such a captivating result. Ps. I gave the images some titles. Late night bookshop. Architectural Impressions Drawings
Architecture is meant to fulfill both practical and expressive requirements, and thus it serves both utilitarian and aesthetic purposes. When you look at a structure, you can distinguish these two ends but they cannot be separated, and the relative weight each of them carry can vary widely. Plus, every society has its own, unique relationship to the natural world and its architecture usually reflects that as well, allowing people from other places to learn about their environment, as well as history, ceremonies, artistic sensibility, and many aspects of daily life.
Another artist with a great style and a captivating way of presenting his drawings. Russian artist Rim Umyarov wears many hats, this is a list of what he does: Teaches art, artist, designer, architect, art author, graffiti artist, airbrush artist, international tattoo artist. What attracted my attention are his drawings, almost realistic, with a how to draw in the margin; showing a couple of steps to demonstrate the progression. Sketches of everyday objects made very charming thanks to the arrangement of the drawings and the tone of the paper, which helps give it that lovely vintage look. Ps. I gave the images some titles. Ukrainian artist and urban sketcher Nikita Busyak (aka citiesandsketches) has found a way to make his pen and ink sketches glow with life. His realistic drawings mostly revolve around architecture and feature various buildings and cityscapes and are made by using mechanical pen and ink. Recently, however, Nikita has added extra effects to his illustrations with stunning results. With each of his new architectural drawings, he started to digitally manipulate the windows of the buildings so that it would seem as if they glow with golden light, making it seem as if the drawing is filled with the darkness of the evening or night.

British Artist Stephen Biesty, has been a freelance illustrator since 1985, producing art for adult and children's books. He really came to prominence when he published his "Incredible Cross-Section" books, that sold 3.5 million copies world wide and were translated into 16 languages. He has provided illustrations for high profile jobs like: the redevelopment of the Royal Opera House Covent Garden and the Millennium Dome. These drawings really speak for themselves, when it comes to the precision and accuracy with which they were executed. At the same time, I need to mention the way he gives different views of the building within the same drawings, both fascinating and mind bending. More than 4 billion people live in urban areas globally. It’s now projected that by 2050, more than two-thirds of the world population will live in urban areas. So no wonder we pay more importance to the buildings and structures around us.
