one of the final remaining walls at the st john of god church in the lawndale neighborhood of chicago. this church was so ornate and beautiful, i can't believe i couldn't make it there a few months ago to see it in all of it's beauty. the architecture was reminiscent of many of the churches i have seen traveling throughout europe.
