This 27 page pattern features color photos and detailed descriptions for every step needed to create this gorgeous wall hanging. All of the shapes needed to complete your project using raw edge applique are included. You can alter the applique pieces to make your bird special, such as making the legs short or long, bodies large or small, beaks curved or pointy, or you can even add embroidered eyelashes, and more. There is also a bonus page which contains additional body, wing, tail and boot shapes so you can customize your little flock. The finished mini quilt is 12" x 18". A complete supply list is provided in the pattern. This pattern is written in English. All templates are full size & are reversed. Trace applique pieces as shown. This listing is for the pattern only. Intermediate level of sewing, quilting, piecing, and fusible techniques are needed to complete this project. The raw edge applique pattern is designed to be sewn using a sewing machine. A walking foot is helpful when quilting the background.
