Enfourner 20 minutes. Saupoudrer de sucre glace. Et voici la recette en anglais, pour Bernice: Ingredients for the shortbread cookie: 125 g of soft slightly salted butter 120 g of flour 40 g of icing sugar 40 g of powder of almond Zest of a lemon Preheat the oven in 180°C. In a bowl, whip the butter with the icing sugar until the obtaining of a smooth and homogeneous cream. Add the flour, the powder of almond and the lemon peel. Well mix to obtain a sandy dough. Cook 15 minutes (no more because the dough is going to return to the oven then). Ingredients for the cream of lemon: 3 eggs 150 g of sugar 35 g of flour 125 ml of lemon juice (approximately 3 lemons) Zest of a lemon Icing sugar In a bowl, whip eggs with the sugar, until the mixture becomes sparkling (frothy). Incorporate the rest of ingredients. Well mix and overturn on the shortbread. Put in the oven 20 minutes. Sprinkle with icing sugar.

Viennese Finger Biscuits (Raspberry Filled)
Gooey, crunchy, filled with chocolate goodness. These are without a doubt THE BEST CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES. EVER.
A terrific trifecta.
