Dan and I chose RiverCrest for our wedding venue after we had been to a friend’s wedding which was also held at RiverCrest, and we saw firsthand just how fabulous of a wedding the venue had created for the bride and groom! We also knew from that wedding that the food at RiverCrest is amazing, which was a very important component in the wedding planning process for us! Additionally, Dan hosts a client appreciation event at RiverCrest with his work team from Financial Voyages every year, so he also knew from experience that RiverCrest puts together great events. Why did you choose RiverCrest? RiverCrest is the perfect venue. From the terrace to the scenery outside, to the gorgeous ballroom- everything is beautiful. During our first visit we felt extremely welcomed by Michele, our AMAZING wedding coordinator. One of the most important factors when choosing the venue for our wedding was the food. From the selection of appetizers to the entrées- the food was phenomenal, and the portions are a great size. The entire staff was extremely accommodating and diligent. We truly had a wonderful experience with RiverCrest and would recommend this venue to anyone!! What is your favorite wedding moment? Dillon: “When I saw my beautiful bride walking down the aisle.” What is your favorite wedding moment? Taylor: “Walking down the aisle, with my mother, to marry the love of my life. Why did you choose RiverCrest? We chose RiverCrest because of their amazing event team, beautiful venue, and wonderful food. We knew we picked the right place for our wedding especially after we met with Michele. She was so amazing to work with and made sure that everything we wanted for our special day was perfect. We are so happy we chose RiverCrest! What is your favorite wedding moment? Our first dance was one of our biggest highlights from our wedding, but we would have to say that our favorite wedding moment was when Vinny’s cousin Massimo sang “Perfect” to us while we danced for the second time as husband and wife. It was so beautiful and special to us getting to have that moment together. Why did you choose RiverCrest? There is no wedding like a RiverCrest wedding ~ really & truly! TJ & I couldn’t have imagined getting married anywhere else! And after we got engaged, we looked at other venues but they didn’t come close! We knew everyone was going to have an amazing time and of course, the food was AMAZING too! What is your favorite wedding moment? My favorite wedding moment was walking down the aisle with my parents because that was when I saw TJ beaming at me from the alter. Where did you go on your honeymoon? We went on a “mini-moon” in Nashville, TN but we also plan on going somewhere tropical in November! Any advice to give future RiverCrest brides? Don’t get caught up in the details! Be sure to take a moment during the wedding reception with your husband to look around the room.
