Hello and Welcome! Welcome to today's post! Hopefully everyone's week is off to a great start! I enjoyed some extra craft time this weekend in my "she shed" and it was wonderful! I received some new Stampin' Up! goodies and I couldn't wait to craft and create! There is so much creativity to share, so I thought I would start with today's card featuring the Beautiful Promenade stamp set. And here is today's card... I have been wanting to use this beautiful Mint Macaroon cardstock for quite some time, but for some reason I couldn't quite figure out how to feature it. Needless to say, I have quite a few sheets of it hanging around and a few scraps as well. So today I took it out and was determined to use it! Paired with Crumb Cake and Early Espresso, I thought the Mint Macaroon was really able to shine. I wanted to make a "sort of" sympathy card, but not feature the typical blacks, etc., so I thought these colors went well to create a somber, soothing card. The sentiment is from the Good Morning Magnolia set; however, the stamp is used partially on the front and partially on the inside by way of "masking" the stamp (see inside photo below). Card Details Size: 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" Paper: Crumb Cake, Whisper White, Mint Macaroon, Vellum Ink: Crumb Cake, Early Espresso Stamp Set: Beautiful Promenade, Good Morning Magnolia Tools: Rectangle Stitched die set, Beautiful Layers die set Accessories: Magnolia Lane ribbon set Today's card was inspired by the following challenge: TGIF#220 Sketch Challenge -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- And don't forget... BONUS DAYS ARE BACK! Check out all the details HERE! And Happy Shopping! Keep Austin Crafty! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Did you like today's post?! If so, don't forget to... Leave a comment below! I love to hear your thoughts on the day's project! Check at the ATXPaperHouse Card of the Month Club! Follow me on Pinterest. Check out my Etsy Shop. New Listings Added!

It's been a couple of weeks but welcome to Simple Stamping Saturdays No.12. This week I am featuring the Beautiful Promenade stamp set.
Today's card features the Beautiful Promenade bundle!
Petal Promenade has been one of my favorite designer series papers this past year. The petals, the flowers...they are gorgeous! Today's card uses two sides of the same piece of designer paper. The Stitched Rectangle Dies were used to cut out the frame. The frame really sets off the flowers, doesn't it? This card also uses some of my favorite retiring 2017-2019 In Colors: Powder Pink and Fresh Fig. If you don't have these colors yet, or you need to stock up before they retire on June 3rd, don't wait to order! Here are the five retiring In Colors -

Hello stampers. Happy Friday to you. I had a lot of fun creating four great cards using Beautiful Promenade. There was a reason for this frenzied activity! I needed to have them done on time to entice people to come to my Sweet Suite Saturday class. It will be on March 16 at 1pm and if you purchase the bundle, you get the class for free. I have been asked to do online classes and I really had no idea where to start, but maybe I will start here. If you purchase the bundle online using the current host code

I best part of this card is the DSP. It was already cut for me and I only had to stamp the sentiment from the Beautiful Promenade set in Memento Tuxedo Black and layering it on a piece of Petal Pink cared stock. I stamped the flower from the same set and colored it with my Petal Pink Stampin Blend marker. I used the matching dies called Beautiful Layers framelits dies to cut the flower and then popped it on the bottom. Beautiful but so quick and easy! The DSP called Petal Promenade is so beautiful. I love roses and the colors they chose make them look vintage. Love that, too! Hope your day is beautiful. Thanks for stopping by! Hello friends! We are back with another Creating Kindness hop. This month's theme is embossing. This can be interpreted in many ways. I used the Stampin’ Up! Beautiful Promenade stamp set bundle to create my card to share with you today. I also pulled out the new Tufted Embossing Folder…I LOVE it!!
While I had the Petal Promenade DSP on my desk, I decided it should be used to CASE a card that Tami White made. Really, is this paper not beautiful? I cut a piece 2" x 5 1/4" and adhered it to my Whisper White mat that is 4" x 5 1/4". I adhered that panel to my Blackberry Bliss card base ( 4 1/4" x 5 1/2"). The flower, from Beautiful Promenade, was stamped on a piece of Whisper White cardstock in Memento Tuxedo Black. I colored it with Blackberry Bliss and Lovely Lipstick ink pads, grabbing the colors with a Blender Pen. I then used the dies that match the stamp set to cut out the flower and leaves (Mossy Meadow). I mounted the cut flower on mini dimensionals and adhered it just barely touching the oval and then stuck the leaves underneath it. Using the Detailed with Love stamp set, I stamped the sentiment in Blackberry Bliss on Whisper White card stock and die cut it with the Layering Ovals Framelits. I used the next largest die to cut a scalloped mat of Blackberry Bliss. I haven't decided what to do with the inside yet but I do have an idea brewing. It will probably involve using the punch that is a bundle, which you can see below in the product list. Thank you for stopping by and I'll see you tomorrow. Before I get into this week's Just Add Ink card (yes, I would LOVE to do this challenge every week.... we'll see how that goes!) I just wanted to say a massive Thanks to the Design Team who picked my card from last week as their winner! This week's challenge is a fun sketch, and
Hey peaches! I hope you've had a great week so far. I have a sweet card to share with you today featuring products from the Petal Promenade Suite. This suite has some lovely florals and gorgeous greenery, but even if you're not into florals, you'll fall in love with the Beautiful Promenade Stamp Set. I's a gorgeous blend of geometric shapes, eye-catching patterns, and wonderful sentiments. For my card today, I started with a base layer of Petal Pink Cardstock. I added a panel of the Petal Promenade Designer Series Paper (DSP). I love that this DSP offers two sides with two different patterns, one with a more bold floral pattern and one with a more subtle pattern. To create the extra texture for my main focal point, the flower, I first stamped the flower image in Versamark Ink onto Petal Pink Cardstock and heat embossed it in Gold Embossing Powder. I repeated the embossing process once more for an added layer of gold and dimension. Then I colored in the whole flower with my Wink of Stella Pen for added sparkle. While the flower was still drying, I took my Petal Pink Stampin' Write Marker and flicked on some ink splatters. Since the flower was still a bit damp, the splatters spread and created a bit of a watercolor look. Then I dried he flower and repeated the splatter step so that I would also get splatters that didn't spread. This creates so much texture and it's so simple! The picture above captures all of that lovely dimension and texture achieved by these processes. I just love how gorgeous pinks and golds look together! In the picture above I tried to capture the effect of the Wink of Stella. It's difficult to show all of that sparkle through the eye of a camera lens, but in person it's stunning! Well. that completes my card for today! I hope you have enjoyed it and I'll see you next post! Don't forget! You can find me on Instagram and Facebook! Happy stamping! Bonus Days are back!!! I finally put the Buffalo Check stamp set away (for a few minutes) and created this card using the Beautiful Promenade Bundle. I made this card for a specific person who has some struggles in her life right now. There is nothing better than making a handmade card from the heart to send to a special someone in your life. This flower is really just stunning if you ask me. Here I stamped it with Basic Black and Rich Razzleberry ink. I also colored it with my Rich Razzleberry Stampin' Blends. I love the diamond image in the stamp set too. It creates just the perfect amount of detail for a subtle background. Stampin' UP!
