When I was a teenager I pretended that I didn't like flowers, "They're the genitals of plants why would I want those as a gift, gross!" I made a huge show about telling everyone how much I hated them. Clubs in my school routinely sold flowers for fundraisers. While the idea is nice, in the…

It was a little windy along the springbourne, boscombe clifline on Sat and I was out checking to see if the Wall lizards were still about......and they were. I noticed a small group of about six crows enjoying the updraughts, I know they say birds don't do things for pleasure. But if you watch the gulls and crows on breezy days along the cliff....they do seem to be flying in the draughts for the fun of it. But this small group were also playing a game of catch. Again I've seen gulls and crows drop shelled sea creatures so they can get into the cracked shells. But I've also seen both just play with stones......they pick up a stone....drop it and then try and catch it before it hits the ground......honing flight skills or enjoyment or both....unless your a crow how can you say what they get out of it. But this group was using sticks and they seemed to be taking turns with one picking up the stick and dropping it.....and then another trying to catch it. They were all so trying to break the branches off the cut bushes.......I was trying to take a picture of this one trying to beak this branch.....it didn't have much luck though. Next time I see them I'll try and take a vid clip

so clear and so close to the fly(bangaw).Calliphoridae (commonly known as blow-flies, carrion flies, bluebottles, greenbottles, or cluster flies) are insects in the Order Diptera, family Calliphoridae. The family is known to be non-monophyletic, but much remains disputed regarding proper treatment of the constituent units, some of which are occasionally accorded family status (e.g., Bengaliidae, Helicoboscidae, Polleniidae, Rhiniidae). The name blow-fly comes from an older English term for meat that had eggs laid on it, which was said to be fly blown. The first known association of the term "blow" with flies appears in the plays of William Shakespeare: Love's Labour's Lost, The Tempest, and Antony and Cleopatra
Carrion Swift: the most notorious gambler, cheat, and smuggler in the entire city. He was also uncommonly good in bed—the only man in Zilvaren who’d ever made me scream his name out of pleasure rather than frustration.
