Cold Aston otherwise known as Aston Blank is an isolated hilltop village whose names apply embody the bleak winter winds that sweep across it's houses. In summer and indeed in winter, it is an attractive village clustered around a green in the middle of beautiful rolling Cotswold countryside. The church is Norman although a victim of many restorations since.
