Here comes the official wedding photos of Michael Buble and Luisana Lopilato who tied the knot on Saturday (April 2) at Villa Maria country house. Michael Buble married Argentine TV star Luisana Lopilato in front of hundreds of guests and shared lots of kisses as they celebrated their new life together. 35-year-old singer Michael Buble suited up in a black tux for the big day while 23-year-old bride wore a gorgeous gown by Argentinean designer Sylvie Burstin. As of Luisana Lopilato Wedding gown details, her gown featured a satin bodice adorned with a plunging neckline. Making it all the more occasion worthy was tiered skirt, made up of layers of tulle and ribbons with silk thread embroidery. Finishing off the look were Christian Louboutin heels. This more traditional wedding followed the civil ceremony held last Thursday in her hometown of Buenos Aires. Late last year, musician revealed that he and Luisana will have two weddings so that both of their families can be in attendance. Michael Buble and Luisana Lopilato were dating each other since 2008 and now they are officially Husband and Wife.
Greta Garbo-- star of the silver screen, one of the most iconic faces of the Golden Era of Hollywood, well known for her roles in Anna Karenina and Camille -- was also famously Swedish, which means she shared her heritage with yours truly. Okay, so we're not related that I know of, but we do have that DNA overlap. Allegedly, this is her favorite pasta-dish, culled from one of my mom's Swedish cooking magazines, and I would like to imagine that on those days when she "Vanted to be alooone" she curled up in a cozy wool blanket with a big bowl of this stuff. This is another one of those stand-by dishes my mother has made since I was a little girl, and in fact, here is the original recipe that Dad scanned for me from Mom's cut-out recipes in a binder. It is really quite quick to make, and something like elegant comfort food! The heading there says "Celebrities' favorite recipes". Even if you have no idea who this mega-star of the 1930s was, make this dish, and pour up a glass of crisp white wine... INGREDIENTS: 1/2 lb smoked salmon, cut into small chunks -- (Also, please note that the type of smoked salmon that I use is the "hot smoked" salmon that is more firm, and crumbly, and still has skin on that needs to be peeled off. The cold-smoked salmon that still looks more like Lox and still can be sliced into thin strips is not the kind I would recommend in this recipe.) 1-2 cloves garlic 1 tbsp olive oil 1 cup heavy cream 2-4 ripe, red tomatoes, such as plum, Campari or Roma (or one can diced tomatoes) 2 tbsp fresh parsley, (you could also use basil or oregano to sprinkle) Pasta -- enough for four servings, preferably a thick toothy kind, like linguine, tagliatelle, pappardelle, or fettucine DIRECTIONS: Blanch the tomatoes in boiling water for a few seconds until skins split. Set aside and cool to touch, and then peel off the skins. Cut up salmon and tomatoes, and mince garlic. Start with one clove, add more if desired.... Heat the oil in a skillet or sauce pan at medium, and then stir in tomatoes, garlic and salmon. Stir over medium heat for a minute or so to heat through, and then pour in cream. Reduce heat, and let simmer, while pasta is cooking. Drain pasta, drizzle with more olive oil, if desired, and ladle into bowls, and top with salmon-sauce. Sprinkle with grated parmesan if desired, and sprinkle on fresh parsley (or basil or oregano.)

We're just going to forget about how dumb Mohinder was so much of the time on Heroes. Because even if he was an outright idiot (how was he a doctor? seriously?) most of the time, the man who played him was unspeakably beautiful. If you say you don't enjoy this view, you're lying.

. the "boys" of Bright Young Things Stefan of Architect Design is a favourite daily read, always a fresh perspective. Read his blog here. Stefan writes of one of his Devastating Beauties picks: "Stephen Tennant and the 'boys' from the bright young things. Cecil Beaton as a young man was really beautiful. Not conventional: I mean MEN who could turn the eyes of anyone who walked by, male or female, which is what made them so DEVASTATING! They were so new at the time, bringing in the roaring 20s androgony that remains popular to this day." "I LOVE the group shot at Cap Ferrat of some of the bright young things, cecil beaton is on the far left, (looking far more stylish than anyone ever has a right to be), stephen tennant, zita Jungman, Edith Olivier and Rex Whistler follow."-Stefan Architect Design .
SWEET DISPOSITION - TEMPER TRAP HI BOYS "On her 71st birthday Mae West feasted on a rhinestone-studded vanilla layer birthday cake. Nourished by her own legend, she has outlasted every lover and initiated a nation of boys into manhood. She has been called a Queen Bee whose favors are unforgettable, Some say she is the greatest female impersonator in the world. Others say that she has nine million dollars in the bank, and that her paternal grandmother possessed three well-formed breasts." Diane Arbus "Her lair is as impregnable as Sleeping Beauty's. A high fence surrounds Mae's villa by the sea in Santa Monica, California. There is a broken telephone by the gate, and a sign saying BEWARE OF THE DOG beside the bell (although there is no dog). Beyond the overgrown garden is her candle-lit manor house. There, among the nude likenesses of their mistress, a pair of wild minleys, Toughy and Pretty Boy, strain at their chains in the living room." Diane Arbus When you see her, finally, in her bedroom of radiant white satin she smiles between her superb teeth and rolls her eyes heavenward. Writing of Diamond Lil in her novel of the same name, Mae West might have been describing herself - "Her eyes were large cool blue ponds, her hair was yellow as maize and she wore it in an astonishingly lovely style of her own... her waist was like the stem of a wine glass...A blonde satin dress hugged her corseted hips like a lover ...On her fingers and wrists was a profusion of diamonds all calculated to blind the percipient male ...No masculine eye could travel from the crown of that spun-gold head ...to those curling rose-petal toes withour being conscious of a physical change." When Annie Boulat came across an old brown envelope when clearing out the cellar at her family home, her first instinct was to throw it in the bin along with all the other rubbish. Thankfully she did not. Inside the dusty envelope were contact sheets of a young Brigitte Bardot in braids and ballet pointes, sucking her thumb, playing with her dog and pulling faces. According to the Telegraph, these stunning photographs were taken by Mrs Boulat's late husband, the French society photographer Pierre Boulat, who was living in the same apartment building as Bardot, who was then just 16 or 17 years old.
