The rest the ingredients are for hydration, emulsifier, texture and preservatives.  Texture: It is clear liquid with slightly viscosity that absorbs easily into skin.  There is very faint scent of tea tree with tree leaves scent. Review: It absorbs into my skin without residue.  I can layer it a few times and it does reduce redness on my skin.  It does reduce the size of the pimples overnight but does take more time for underground acne.  My skin likes centella asiatica and tea tree water so I find it being effective and gentle on my skin.  It does keep my my face clear when I keep using it.  Scarring is minimal while using this serum.  It doesn't cause fungal acne or breakouts on my face.
