Chirpy Group had a day trip to Sydney to see the Tina Turner Musical. Such an awesome show! Simply the Best!
This time they’re appearing on national TV and having an absolute ball! Leaving the Central Coast at 7 am, they boarded an express train and by 10 am it was lights… camera…. Chirpys! 🎥 A fun filled Catch-up with guest appearances by an amazing magician, famous chef Warren Mendes, a country music singer and of coarse all the regular celebrities on the set of Studio 10… is it any wonder these Chirpys still have stars in their eyes? 🌟
Bookclub Pen Swap this month for our Toukley Sea Seekers Chirpy Group. They all took a gift wrapped pen and exchanged with fellow Chirpys. 🖊️ Things then got very competitive when they had four teams competing in a Bookclub Trivia run by Sharyn. Winners were grinners in the final nail biting round! 😆 Lots of laughter to welcome Christine and Londa, two new Chirpys to the group - these Bookworms always have such a great time at their catch-ups! 📚
Had their monthly Bookclub Catch-up and announced their new storyline.They welcomed new Chirpy Zara to their group, and everyone attending received a copy of the very first Bookclub Memo, with puzzles, recipes and lots of great info. We love this!

Chirpy enjoyed The Dolly Show at Logan Entertainment Centre - 170 Wembley Rd Logan Central - which was sensational! Originally, I was to sit at an adjoining table as there were 9 of us and only 8 per table. As it turned out we ended up with only 8 attending. So, when I checked out where I should have been sitting I just had to have a photo taken with them also as they all had pink Dolly hats on.
For the Cairns Chirpy group at “The Cliff Richard in Theatre” show held in Cairns at Cairns Central Events Cinemas on Wednesday the 7th February 2023. Everyone loved Cliff and all of his songs. His backing band was fantastic!!

Enjoyed lunch at The Crystal Palace Hotel today, before attending a free recital by The Sydney Bach Society. The Caccini Circle Concert was set in the beautiful surrounds of Christ Church St Laurence in George St. Sydney

Attended a Hawaiian High Tea at Goodna Street Life - Helens Haven. So many laughs and what a spread Helen and her chefs put on - just beautiful!
Had magnificent day on our famous Sydney harbour . With over 50 members & guests .. Travelling from Newcastle & central coast by train 🚆 & then light rail 🚈 It truly was a magic day.. 😎 Weather was perfect Food was delicious Lots of fun on board with Bingo🎱 Trivia & name the tune 🎵 Welcome to Irene .. With Rhonda / Val & Lynn winning lucky seat prize.. Thanks to everyone especially Cathy D for her suggestion!
