This is the exam I´ve prepared for my students of hotel and tourism industry. It´s based on the material from the book "English for International Tourism" pre-intermediate. There´s lots of grammar practice in the first part. The second part includes vocabulary mainly from the area of travelling and hotels - but it might be suitable for teaching the "holidays vocabulary".
