Hat 'n' Boots is a roadside attraction and landmark in the Georgetown neighborhood of Seattle, Washington. Built in 1954 as part of a Western-themed gas station, it is billed as the largest hat and cowboy boots in America. To preserve this landmark, the City of Seattle moved the Hat 'n' Boots to the new Oxbow Park in December 2003. Hat 'n' Boots appeared in the films National Lampoon's Vacation (during the opening credits) and Hype!.
This mid-century modern armchair lets you add a touch of stylish flair to any space. It's built with an engineered wood and MDF frame that sits on straight legs with an espresso finish. This chair is upholstered in luxe linen-blend upholstery in the solid color of your choice, so it’s easy to pair with your existing color palette. It has rolled arms and a tufted back, plus a foam-filled seat and back for just the right amount of padding. We especially love the tufted cushions, which add a dash of traditional style. I used to live a few blocks away from this home on Swan Street in Staten Island. Easy walk to the ferry which is the most amazing way to get into the city. I'm not sure if it's changed but St. George where this home is used to be a rather rough area. Quick story. When I lived there, I didn't know poop about Staten Island and so when I had the gas guy come late at night to fix something the first night we lived there I was a little unnerved when he said "You live here?" I replied that I did, with a roommate who wasn't home at the time. He shook his head and said "Well, just be careful. This isn't the best area for young gals to be alone in" Yipes! That apartment was my favorite place I have ever lived in all the places I've ever lived. I never had a problem with the neighborhood and I still miss that apartment. 118 Corson Ave Staten Island, NY 10301 $355,000 $1,740/month 3 Bed 2.5 Bath 2,160 Sq Ft 0.07 Acres Property Details Message from Dorie Ashby For all questions, information, and showings, please call 1-877-920-9870 extension 1300 This is a great home for those who need lots of room. Singing is one of my favorite things to do with my daughter. At age one, she is learning how to sing along, do hand motions, dance around and even sing by herself (it is seriously the cutest thing to catch her doing). Not a day goes by without us singing. I feel that it is incredibly important to involve singing as part of a toddler's daily routine. Singing helps our days go smoother and brings joy every time.
