Charming - BIOPLASTIC SUNCATCHERS Ingredients: - 1 cup cornstarch - 1 cup water - 1 tablespoon white vinegar - Food coloring (various colors for your design) - Clear plastic sheet or wax paper - A spoon or craft stick for stirring - A pot for boiling - Paintbrush (optional, for adding color details) Directions: 1. Prepare the Bioplastic Mixture: In a pot, combine the cornstarch, water, and vinegar. Stir well to ensure everything is fully mixed. 2. Cook the Mixture: Heat the pot over medium heat, stirring constantly. The mixture will begin to thicken. Keep stirring until it forms a thick gel-like consistency (about 5-10 minutes). 3. Add Color: Once the bioplastic mixture has thickened, remove it from the heat. Divide the mixture into separate bowls and add a few drops of food coloring to each bowl to create your desired colors. Stir until the colors are evenly distributed. 4. Shape the Suncatchers: Lay a clear plastic sheet or wax paper on a flat surface. Spoon the colored bioplastic mixture onto the sheet and spread it out into circular or other desired shapes. Leave a small border to avoid any overflow. 5. Dry the Suncatchers: Allow the bioplastic suncatchers to dry completely for about 24 hours. The bioplastic will harden and become transparent as it dries. 6. Decorate (Optional): Once dry, you can add extra details with paint or glitter for added sparkle. 7. Hang and Enjoy: Use a suction cup or string to hang the bioplastic suncatchers on a window, where they’ll catch the light and create a colorful display
