Game model, 1570 tris. It started out as a test asset, which I reused for texturing practice. I've also tried learning to do PBR and use my freshly purchased Quixel Suite in this practice, on both aspects I kind of failed as I kept finding myself working in the conventional 'Photoshop way', unsure of how I should bring photo edits into the Quixel workflow, and falling back to estimating values with my eyes instead of following the PBR material properties. Would love to hear about the ways you guys deal with similar issues. Critiques and suggestions greatly appreciated.
