20min · 4 servings Ingredients • Shrimp, cut into pieces (I cooked mine but you could use uncooked shrimp and let the lime juice work its magic while it marinates) • Red onion • cilantro • Tomato • Lime juice • Tomato juice • Garlic salt • Pepper • Avocado Add shrimp, cilantro, red onion, tomatoes, lime and tomato juices and seasonings into a bowl.
