A set of 24 hand carved Elder Futhark Rune stones (and a blank stone). Each stone is individually hand carved in my Scottish Borders workshop. These stones were collected in the liminal days between Yule and Hogmanay 2020 at the meeting of two rivers in the Tweed Valley (the Leithen Water and the River Tweed). I have included a blank stone with this set. The blank rune is the focus of much debate- use the blank stone if you wish (or not!). The stones measure around 2.5 cm (pound coin for scale only!) and are left intentionally unsealed. The set (including bag) weighs 173 grams. The set is supplied in a handmade bag finished with 2 mm green cord. A handwritten tag is also supplied with the set.
