postup: Krkovičku si nasolíme a opepříme. Do pekáče navrstvíme odkapanou zelí (já neproplachuje, ale pokud je vám příliš kyselá, tak propláchněte). Na zelí uložíme krkovičku, potřeme omáčkou smíchanou s nakrájenou cibulkou a přikryjeme alobalem. V troubě vyhřáté na 200 stupňů. Pečeme asi hodinu a pak necháme ještě chvíli zapéct odkryté.
