Zrobiłam je z podwójnej porcji, bo szybko znikają :) Dzieci je uwielbiają. Przepis znalazłam u Doroty :) Jest wart wypróbowania. Składniki: 25 dag mąki 9 dag cukru 2 łyżki płynnego miodu 125 g zimnego masła 1 średnie jajko 1 łyżka domowych przypraw korzennych (lub przyprawa do piernika) Wszystkie składniki zagnieść, uformować kulkę i spłaszczyć. Zawinąć w folię spożywczą i schłodzić w lodówce przez minimum 1 godzinę. Możecie śmiało zostawić ciasto na całą noc. Następnie ciasto wyjąć z lodówki i rozwałkować na grubość 3-4 mm posypując delikatnie mąką. Wycinać ciasteczka i stempelkiem odbijać wzór. Ciasteczka przekładamy na blaszkę wyłożoną papierem do pieczenia. Piec w piekarniku nagrzanym na 200°C przez 10-12 minut lub do momentu, aż brzegi będą rumiane. Studzimy na kratce. Przechowujemy w słoiku do 2 tygodni. Rada: Jeśli stempelek będzie się przyklejał do ciasta, zanurzcie go w mące i otrzepcie z nadmiaru mąki :) \
