I haven't shared many updates on our new home on my blog as there's still so much work to do (I wonder if my bedroom will ever have curtains!) and I'd like to show off properly finished areas when I can, rather than the 'in-between' bits of decorating. I've always been a fan of pink and florals, so, considering that the boys bedrooms are decorated in shades of blue and navy, I decided to pick a perfectly pink colour for my own bedroom and decorate with florals. Even the paint, which is a gorgeous shade of light pink, has a floral themed name - 'Raindrops on Roses' by Valspar. In time I'd like to change the pine furniture to white - I might even do a DIY upcyle on these chests of drawers, to match the bed. The floral prints are from Posterlounge, who I collaborated with earlier in the year. They have so many prints to choose from but these dainty florals really caught my eye. I plan to print and hang more of my photography on the wall too, but I started with a picture of myself and the boys beside the beautiful pastel hydrangeas last summer. I've put fresh flowers on display in antique bottles and a matching pink vase and added some books about flowers to my little floral display. I love this little corner of my bedroom and plan to always keep it a lovely fresh flower display place with cuttings from the garden and store-bought bouquets. Flowers make me happy, so why not have lots of them in my bedroom? I'll be sharing more home decor updates in the coming months and hopefully, someday soon, I'll be able to share my full bedroom decor in a finished and beautiful state!

This listing is for the full paper flower arch design which is handmade from high quality cardstocks and papers and ready to display on the wall. A name can be included. Each paper flower arch display measures approximately 150cm in length, 70cm height and you will find easy, step by step instructions included in order to get your wall art displayed into the perfect shape. These designs have been so popular and they are ordered frequently for girls bedrooms and nurseries. I take lots of orders directly through my social media pages and website too. The feedback I get from them is always so lovely. The arch design creates a pretty and unique feature wall in any room. ●Made from high quality papers and light card stock; surprisingly sturdy and long lasting (ensure to follow fitting instructions) ●Not to be displayed in direct sunlight, damp conditions or in reach of children. ●The Arch display measures approximately 150 cm length across the wall once displayed. ●The largest center flower has a diameter of approximately 40 cm. ●Single names are 40 cm length and fit perfectly into the ‘arch’. ●Leaf detailing included ●Hanging attachments are fitted and instructions are supplied. Names are fitted with a double sided tape. ●Clean with a gentle dusting occasionally ●Securely packed to avoid damage. If damaged on arrival, please contact me straight away. CUSTOMISATION: You can send me a message or leave a note in the personalisation box at checkout regarding the colours that you wish to be used for the flowers and the name if different to what is pictured. You can find the colour chart in the photo gallery but please get in touch if you would like any more information about the colours that can be used as I can source other shades too. Lots of customers send over photographs of the room that they will feature in, just to ensure that they will match. I'm also happy to provide advice regarding matching colours if needed. SHIPPING: My paper flowers are packed safely in large strong boxes with lots of packing paper and bubble wrap so that they arrive in tip top shape, ready to display on the wall. Please check dispatch times for approximate dates that your order will be sent out. Please note that due to their popularity I do have a waiting list. When you click on the shipping information it will give you an approximate time for dispatch however do note that during busier periods the waiting time may go beyond this. Always get in touch if you are unsure or wish to clarify when they will be made and sent out. I can't be help responsible for damaged or late deliveries due to couriers.
