(full recipe below)🍪🍫🌰 Cupcake: • 130 g melted butter • 180 g sugar • 3 eggs • 125 g sour cream • 100 ml hot coffee • 170 g flour • 46 g cocoa powder • 10 g baking powder 10 g baking soda Instructions: Whisk eggs and sugar together in a bowl. Then add in the melted butter and whisk again. Lastly add in the sour cream, followed by the coffee. Sift in the dry ingredients, and scoop the mixture into a muffin tray with 12 paper muffinforms attached till they are almost filled up. Bake in oven for 25-30 minutes at 180°C (check if they’re done with a toothpick). Let them cool down completely at room temp before filling them with nutella, and pipin
