Tort bezowy z kremem i wiśniami to deser idealny. Ten torcik bezowy jest obłędnie pyszny, a do tego efektowny :) Tort składa się z dwóch blatów bezowych. Między nimi jest warstwa aksamitnego kremu przygotowanego z serka mascarpone. Ten serek nie jest robiony z mleka, a ze śmietanki. Właśnie dlatego ma słodki, kremowy i lekko maślany smak. Do mascarpone dołączyła kremówka oraz odrobina cukru z prawdziwą wanilią. Dosłowną wisienką na tym torcie bezowym są właśnie wiśnie. Tort smakuje obłędnie.
