I made Fran from Final Fantasy XII for Retrogasm 2019 Triangle count clocks at 113k tris. 2 texture sets for the body, 1 for the head, 1 for the bow, 1 for the pedestal, 1 for the hair, and 1 for the eyes. Her hair took some time to do, they're mostly handplaced using zbrush at first and adding /tweaking more in the 3D software later. Can only put in the low quality export as the high quality went above 20MB and I'm not Artstation Pro member :( Anyway I've enjoyed making her, learned some new things on the way :) *edit* took down the marmoset viewer due to vulnerability
