I am taking a little time out from the Holiday Faire Christmas projects to play with the new Fitting Florets Collection. I have kept this project monochromatic with the neutral Crumb Cake CS and my last piece of my Shimmery White CS. The die set, Framed Florets, comes with three frame dies and for this card I chose to layer the simpler frame atop the more ornate one. The simple frame is raised using the mini dimensionals. TFL

Geranium (pelargonium) Horizon Orange Ice from ParkSeed. The orange-ness vs. pink-ness really depends upon the lighting conditions. (Coleus "dark heart" blurred in the background) They were really pretty easy to grow from seed, in Bio Domes with bottom heat and fluorescent lighting -- starting in november or december in Boston. **I should add that this one was a little different than all of the other blooms I had from the seed packet. I've since moved, so I don't know if I even have the same plant anymore, but I have its brethren, and none that are blooming now look exactly like this. They all tend to have petals similar to these on the top, and fully orange ones on the bottom. (More like the next two in this set. )

Ceremony florals for weddings in Hawaii.

Courtney and Christian’s wedding truly felt like the heart of NYC! Every detail, from the color palette to the beautiful flowers, was simple yet elegant. It was our pleasure to capture their floral visuals. #weddingnyc #weddingflowers #luxuryflorist #luxuryflowers #nycluxuryflorist #sanpatrickcathedralnewyork #boathousecentralpark #nycflorist #nycflowers
