After reading more about Headspace and meditating, I learned that there are research backed, proven benefits. Research has shown Headspace to positively impact: stress, focus, mood, compassion, aggression, self comparison, work, anxiety and depression. new and improved version of my old xiuling maker picrew. if you make one, feel free to tag me and show me! i love seeing everyones xiulings. my art tumblr and instagram usernames are @antsinabag. xiulings (pronounced zew-lings) are my own funny lil species. they are genderless aliens that live in outer space, but they can use any pronouns and go by anything you want them to. they have very stubby little arms that they cant use for much of anything, so they use the arm-like appendages that grow out of their heads to grab things! feel free to turn them into an oc or fursona, or use as an icon, you dont have to ask. just PLEASE credit me for the species and picrew! https://picrew.me/en/image_maker/1230816 < old picrew (i lost the login loll)
