We only make an exception if there is a real quality in product and/or service. This is definitely true for the replacement of our leaking water storage heater. After getting in touch with several companies and some uncertain quotations we decided to pay a small token for an upfront visit by the technician from Everyworks Group, which would later on do the actual installation. Mijan, their technician, showed competence, detailed knowledge and professionalism, instilling confidence. We went through the details and were very pleased with the explanations given. We got assigned an installation slot very quickly and the installation by Mijan and his colleague went extremely smooth, the result being very good quality work and - importantly - being in compliance with PUB standards. This often ignored, but results in a void warranty by the manufacturer of the water heater. The communication with Everyworks was straightforward, with timely responses and a detailed and clear quotation at a reasonable price. We can without hesitation recommend the Everyworks Group Company, Mijan as their excellent technician and their very responsive and attentive Customer Service.Elijah Daw Sern06:05 24 May 24Very knowledgeable and good with his skill! We are very happy with his service! Definitely will recommend ;)Ken Lian10:31 06 May 20I called United Electrician to look at a flickering lamp. They came and charged me $50 saying lamp needed to change but have to wait one month till Circuit Breaker is over. It will cost $150 including supply and fitting the lamp. I can't wait one month and offered to find my own lamp. They said if I find my lamp, they will charge me $50 for installation. After I bought the lamp, they claimed it is $140 to fix the lamp instead of $50. I didn't want any more to do with them and called up Daylight Electrician. Ms Goh from Daylight listened to my situation and provided an offer instantly after I showed the photos. They charged me $80 which was reasonable in my opinion and with no hidden cost or nonsense. They best part is they managed to come within the same day I called, technician was polite, knowledgeable and explains to me patiently why my lamp was flickering (something United Electrician cannot do, they only say have to change the whole lamp). They gave an E receipt on the spot which is environmental friendly too. After my horrified experience with United, Daylight was like an Knight bringing immediate brightness to our dining room. We do not have to eat in the dark for one month until the Circuit Breaker is over! I will definitely recommend Daylight for your hassle free electrical problem.Shu Shiun Ho02:29 22 Apr 20Good and fast job done. Reasonable price. Long story short - i originally called another company (A*ple) to do a chemical wash for my aircon, and they managed to short-circut the wiring to my aircon, spoil the connectors on my compressor and refused to answer my calls after that - all these happened in 2 weeks. The most unprofessional company-I will see how I can sue them for damages. At my wits end, i called Daylight electrician who help link me up with DW as well, and within 2 trips in 3 days, they managed to solve the wiring problem, fix the compressor, AND clean my aircon. Awesome customer service all around! Ms Lim - excellent communications, friendly, fast, humorous and positive and it was reassuring that she was always on the ball. Raju and Ramesh - very professional, competent and dedicated. On the last day, they stayed back an extra 2 hours as they kept testing my aircon to see that everything worked well. In situations where normal aircon servicing will not suffice due to the age and condition of an aircon, most aircon companies would recommend a chemical overhaul. Aircon chemical Overhaul Aircon chemical overhaul is normally done as a repair measure to correct poor performance of an air conditioner. An aircon chemical overhaul service is also done when there has been no improvement after a chemical cleaning. This process involves taking the entire air conditioner to pieces and thoroughly cleaning every part of it with a strong chemical solution. This chemical cleaning service will clear the air filters of any stubborn dirt and ensure the smooth flow of air through the vents. The fans, ball joints and other parts will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected for wear and tear. Faulty parts will be replaced and the refrigerant gas will be topped up. As the separate important pieces of the aircon are washed separately, it is also a good opportunity to replace worn out or faulty parts of the air conditioner. One of the advantages of an aircon chemical overhaul is that it is effective on aircons that have not been serviced in a very long time and are extremely dirty. Aircon Cleaning & Check Up Aircon Chemical Overhaul is different from Aircon Servicing as it involves dismantling the whole aircon unit to be thoroughly cleaned. This is an even more intensive aircon cleaning work as dismantling the aircon unit parts ensures every component and part enjoys the deep cleaning. Before proceeding with the aircon chemical overhaul, our technician will give the aircon unit a once-over to check for any faults. An Aircon Repair Method Just as its name suggest, an overhaul is sort of like hitting the reset button on your aircon, breathing new life to it when a normal aircon servicing no longer cuts it. When your aircon shows signs of failing like aircon not being cold, refusing to be turned on completely, or aircon is leaking badly, our aircon specialists will recommend an Aircon Chemical Overhaul as a type of Aircon Repair. How Does It Work? When the aircon display some aircon repair symptoms but a check-up does not reveal the specific cause of it, our aircon specialists will recommend an aircon chemical overhaul. After a thorough overhaul, our aircon technicians can then observe any further signs the aircon unit may have, to pinpoint the root cause of the problem. They will then provide diagnoses and recommendations for you. OUR AIRCON CHEMICAL OVERHAUL INCLUDES: Unlike normal aircon servicing, aircon chemical overhaul offers a more thorough cleaning of your aircon unit. Our professional technicians cover the following steps when doing an aircon chemical overhaul: Fully uncoupling and dismantling of the aircon conditioning individual units. Cleaning of the air conditioning external panels and covers, including all covers and housing units to the sides, bottom, and top of the air conditioner. Chemical flushing/vacuuming of the water drainage pipe. Inspection of the refrigerant level and topping it up with refrigerant gas if deemed necessary (limited to 20 pressure point per unit). Evaluating the operating conditions of the air conditioner’s blower fan motor and thermistor as well as the application of lubricants for smoother functionality. Inspection of major electrical connections for safety and correct circuiting. Checking for causes of uncommon noises and/or odour generated during the operation of air conditioners. Ensuring that no water leakage problem occurs when the aircon is operating. WhatsApp to Start Now! FAQAdvantages of Aircon Chemical Overhaul One of the advantages of an aircon chemical overhaul is that it is effective on aircons that have not been serviced in a very long time and are extremely dirty. After an aircon chemical overhaul, your aircon unit should be able to produce cleaner and stronger air flow and at the same time saving on electricity bills because of its improved efficiency. Difference Between Aircon Chemical Wash and Aircon Chemical Overhaul There are many ways to service your aircon but we will be looking at two methods that sometimes get confused from each other: aircon chemical wash and aircon chemical overhaul.   Aircon Chemical Wash This is normally done monthly for aircons used for offices and commercial centres. Aircon chemical involves cleaning the front panel, replacing the air filter and washing it to remove all the dirt, debris and any other substances that may be trapped there. These are processes that normal cleaning cannot achieve. This is where chemical cleaning in Singapore comes in, to do a more thorough cleaning of your aircon unit. Aircon chemical washing makes use of several special chemical cleaning agents and water that are used to wash the aircon unit. Vacuuming of the aircon unit will also ensure the aircon unit is left dry and clear out any more dust particles or dirt. Unlike aircon chemical overhaul services, the aircon unit does not have to be dismantled. Chemical cleaning in Singapore is much cheaper than buying a new aircon or paying for aircon repairs if it breaks down. Aircon chemical washing price is also much lower than that of aircon chemical overhaul in Singapore. Why Is Aircon Chemical Overhaul More Expensive? An aircon chemical overhaul costs more than normal aircon servicing as it involves more thorough cleaning that improves your unit’s performance, making it look and feel brand new. How Much Is Your Aircon Chemical Overhaul? The price is subjected to the BTU of your aircon. Please call us for a fast quotation. For more aircon servicing prices, please view here. One thing that comes with constant use of aircons however is that the aircons require regular servicing so that they can be used over long periods of times. We will look at the differences between an aircon chemical wash and an aircon chemical overhaul as these are common types of aircon servicing.   Aircon Chemical Wash An aircon chemical wash is usually done monthly for most types of aircons including home as well as commercial/industrial aircons. This process is more complicated than normal aircon cleaning and maintenance as it involves a partial teardown of the aircon. Aircon maintenance companies also use water with other various chemical cleaning agents to ensure thorough cleaning. This service is affordable and costs less than most aircon repairs. The cost is also lower than an aircon chemical overhaul though this would need to be done more often. Aircon Chemical Overhaul This process is a done as a form of aircon maintenance to restore optimal performance of an aircon. An aircon chemical overhaul is recommended when an aircon chemical wash no longer improves the performance of an aircon. It is however more complicated as it involves a full teardown before it is cleaned with a strong chemical solution. This cleans the internal parts of the aircon and can prevent issues like aircon water leaks. Though this service tends to be a little more costly, it ensures optimal performance over a longer duration. Let us take a deeper look at an aircon chemical overhaul. Read on to find out more.   Aircon Chemical Overhaul Aircon Servicing We will look at some of the steps taken in an aircon chemical overhaul aircon servicing as well as some indicators that suggest your aircon needs one.   What are the Steps Taken in an Aircon Chemical Overhaul? The aircon is dismantled Chemicals are used to clean the filters If there is an aircon water leak, the drainage is washed with chemicals Aircon servicemen you have engaged will lubricate the aircon’s fan bearings and use chemicals to clean the fan evaporator coil. Defective parts will be replaced before the aircon is reassembled. Different chemicals are used in an aircon chemical overhaul to ensure the aircon is cleaned thoroughly. As a precaution, the aircon is always rinsed thoroughly to prevent any aircon emergencies.   What are Some Indications That Your Unit Requires an Aircon Chemical Overhaul? An aircon chemical overhaul is a common service used when people run into a few aircon issues. These are some indications that an aircon chemical overhaul is needed. Extremely Slow Cooling If your aircon is not cold, it means that it cannot provide cool air efficiently. An aircon chemical overhaul could solve the issue. Poor Air Flow This is a possible sign that dirt may have accumulated in the compressor. An aircon chemical overhaul can rid of the built-up debris and improve the performance of your aircon. Water Leaks Aircon leaks are caused by dust build-up causing some parts to stop functioning effectively. Foul-smelling Odour Foul odours coming out of your aircon could be a sign of debris preventing fresh air from flowing. These are some indicators that suggest your aircon is in need of a chemical overhaul.   Top Reasons Why You Should Get an Aircon Chemical Overhaul Now that we have taken a deeper look at aircon chemical overhauls, let us discuss the top reasons you should get an aircon chemical overhaul. Aircons require basic maintenance though this is something that people do not do often enough. Without regular aircon servicing, it is more common to face aircon issues such that you would need to hire an aircon servicing company for repairs.   Why Should I Get an Aircon Chemical Overhaul? Optimal Performance An aircon chemical overhaul will clean the unit of debris that might have blocked airflow. Once the unit is clean, the air will be able to flow so the aircon can perform optimally. Lower Power Consumption When airflow is blocked, the energy efficiency of the aircon will deteriorate and you may need to increase the fan speed as well as lower the temperature to obtain the same cooling performance. This uses more power but once the aircon is clean, you will be able to feel cool air with less power leading to aircon energy savings. How Often Should an Aircon Chemical Overhaul Be Done? This number often depends as this process can also be classified as an aircon repair to fix certain issues the aircon might be facing. Different aircon maintenance companies will have different suggestions as there are also other factors that need to be considered. Aircon chemical overhauls also bring about other benefits as well. Read on to find out more.   Benefits of an Aircon Chemical Overhaul Having gone through the many different aspects of this popular service, let us discuss the benefits of an aircon chemical overhaul. This service is one of the most effective solutions as it can solve many common aircon issues such as aircon water leaks, unusual noise, lack of ventilation, aircon not cold, and damaged aircon parts.   Ensures that All Parts of the Aircon Work Properly Aircon maintenance companies will always thoroughly examine all the components during an aircon chemical overhaul. Defective parts will be replaced to avoid other common aircon issues. Reduces the Risk of Corrosion This process helps prevent your aircon from rusting quickly. This stops other aircon issues from happening such as an aircon leak. Makes your Aircon Look Brand New An aircon chemical overhaul includes thorough washing of aircon parts, removing all signs of dirt and dust. This can improve the appearance of your aircon and make it look brand new. Ensures the Aircon Refrigerant Levels are Enough The level of refrigerant is also inspected during the process. When the engaged aircon service notices the refrigerant levels are low, they will suggest an aircon gas top-up. Low levels of refrigerant would cause issues such as aircon not cold. Prevents Further Aircon Damage Most aircon emergencies are caused by dirt build-up. Such problems are water leaks, chemical leaks, and drainage clogging. Sometimes, these problems can cause more damage if not addressed quickly. An aircon chemical overhaul can help get rid of many aircon problems.   How Much does an Aircon Chemical Overhaul Cost? Now that we have gone through the many benefits of an aircon chemical overhaul, how much does it cost to get one done? The cost depends on several factors such as the chemicals used for cleaning and rinsing the components, as well as the brand of the aircon. The type of aircon is another factor as different aircons have a different number of parts. It is generally more expensive when there are more parts as the process would be more complicated. Ultimately, it is up to the company to decide the prices they want to charge.   Case Study Aircon Chemical Overhaul Fan Coil Aircon Servicing Singapore – Landed, Clementi Aircon Chemical Overhaul and Aircon Servicing – HDB, Tampines Aircon Chemical Overhaul Aircon Servicing Singapore – HDB, Tiong Bahru   Why You Should Contact Everyworks Singapore In case you are looking for aircon chemical overhaul services, do not hesitate to contact us.
