Searching for Gion Higashi to take some pictures of the Okiya and Ochaya (and maybe be lucky and get to see one Maiko) there we stumbled across a street festival with all the Maiko and alot of Geiko from Gion Higashi attending! It was more than a dream come true! It seems that Gion Higashi has three shikomi at the moment. Unfortunately the best picture I could get of her. It was very crowded there. Please don't use these images on other sites!
