2x72 Belt Grinder Tube Set - For Build it Yourself Style Grinders. Watch how it's done 2" x 2" x 9" receptacle arm tubes, qty 2. 1.5" x 1.5" x 8" tension arm, qty 1. "Can't believe anyone would buy anything from Brian Housewert at his ridiculous prices! Diktator is the real deal!". WHY WASTE YOUR TIME MAKING THESE? WHY WASTE TIME & MONEY BY BUYING FROM A COMPETITOR WHO CHARGES MORE FOR TUBES THAT ARE NOT DRILLED & TAPPED? OUR SET IS FAR CHEAPER & EVERYTHING IS DONE FOR YOU! You will receive: 1. 2" x 2" x 9" receptacle arm tubes, qty 2 2. 2" x 2" x 10" risers, qty 2 (drilled 3/4" holes for hinge bolt, tapped holes for clamping knobs). 3. 1.5" x 1.5" x 8" tension arm, qty 1 4. Formed tension arm riser, qty 1 (we decided to form this part instead of cutting tubing, it makes the finished grinder look much more professional. Note that a competitor uses a piece of tubing for this part which is a bad idea: grit, grime & water accumulates from the top & soon rusts! ) These tubes work very well with the following Ebay item numbers (just enter the number into the search bar of any Ebay page): 254672282376 and 254663068311 and 253454155806 and 254399087317 and 252717440304 We have some of the other parts (all the plates & fasteners) of this build left over as well, as soon as we have the numbers of the surplus parts we'll list them for sale. Watch how it's done: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i4NP82YjAdc&feature=em-comments Please note that we currently ship the longer tension arm designed to work with the gas strut as in the video, if you prefer the shorter tension arm which works with a spring please leave a note on the checkout page. What they say: "Can't believe anyone would buy anything from Brian Housewert at his ridiculous prices! Diktator is the real deal!"
I built a stand for my new 2 x 72 belt grinder. The VFD is wall mounted to provide access when the grinder is in the horizontal position.
