Former Walsall Corporation Transport 128 (ODH 86) was a 1951 vintage Park Royal bodied Leyland PD2/1. These elderly buses were short lived with the newly formed WMPTE and never officially recieved the 'L' suffix to their fleet numbers. 128 was withdrawn by WMPTE in 1971 The vehicle is pictured in St Paul's Bus Station, Walsall in the Spring of 1970 awaiting a top up to its radiator, as a bus inspector looks on. In the back ground can be seen a rather quiet looking Hatherton Road.
