A gable filled with windows separates two porches and gives this Transitional modern farmhouse plan great curb appeal. Two sets of French doors open from the larger porch on the left - one set to the dining room and the other to the living room and a single door opens tot he foyer on the smaller porch on the right (the foyer has a matching door on the back side as well). The master suite constitutes the entire right side of the home and has a walk-in closet with pocket doors and a five-fixture bath. This leaves the rest of the main floor as open concept and ideal for entertaining. The kitchen is located in the back and has a double-sink centered beneath a window, a walk-in pantry with a barn door and an island with comfortable seating for four. The dining room gets great light from four windows on the left. The living room has a fireplace and enjoys views out the two-story windows of the front. A large vestibule that is accessed from both the front and back splits the house in two, with the master bedroom on one side and the open-concept living room with a cathedral ceiling, kitchen and dining room on the other side. There is a large walk-in pantry in the kitchen and a bathroom with both a washer and dryer. At the top of the stairs, you have views of the living room below. Three bedrooms share a bathroom with two vanities.

This attractive 3-bed house plan has two steep gables (7:12) and a tidy front porch with a decorative shed dormer above. At just 42'4" wide, it is great for a narrower lot. A large island in the C-shaped kitchen gives you seating on two sides and lots of work space. A walk-in pantry is located across from the mudroom and by the side entrance making unloading groceries a breeze. The great room is open to the kitchen and many-windowed dining room. A fireplace on the back wall is flanked by doorways taking you to the keeping room which shares the fireplace. The owner's suite is located in back of the main floor and has dual vanities and a walk-in closet. The other bedroom, located in front, can be used as an office instead. Upstairs, you'll find two more bedrooms sharing a bath and a large storage room accessed through one of the walk-in closets. A detached 2-car garage plan with an optionally finished bonus room/artist's loft above is included with this home plan.
