We will need your cooperation to provide photos of the damage and packing for our insurance purposes. We unfortunately can't offer refunds due to the design work having taken place, but we will of course replace for free. We can usually have replacement signs with you in a couple of days, but with this in mind, we ask that you to allow enough time before your event for a replacement to be arranged so it doesn't arrive after your event.
