Water (I used vanilla Bourbon) 1 tsp. Vanilla 2 C. Chocolate (I used Dark Chocolate) Pecans (optional) In a sauce pan add butter, sugar, salt, and water bring to a boil only mixing til the butter melts and sugar dissolves. Once melted and mixture starts to bubble DO NOT STIR. Use a candy thermometor letting the mixture come to 300°F (hard crack stage). Roughly 10 minutes of boiling. While you wait line a baking sheet with parchment paper and have it near. Once the sugar mixture reaches 300° it should be a nice amber color, remove from heat and carefully add a splash of vanilla and stir til combined, it will sizzle. Then pour onto the perpared pan (Do Not do this on your counter top, set your pan on a cooling rack before pouring). While the toffee is still hot evenly sprinkle chocolate chips over and wait 3-5 minutes for the cc to melt. This should melt all the chips and now you can spread the chocolate evenly over the toffee, at this point if using nuts evenly sprinkle them over. Pop the pan into the fridge for 10-15 minutes to allow the chocolate to set. Break the toffee into desired sizes. Store in airtight container at room temp for 1-2 weeks if you don’t eat it all!”

Butter (unsalted)(softened) 1/8 tsp. Salt 1 tsp. Vanilla 1/2 C. Corn Syrup 3 C. Powdered Sugar 2 C. Chocolate Chips (Dark) Yellow Food Coloring Cream together butter, salt, vanilla, and syrup til smooth. Next add in powdered sugar mixing in one cup at a time and mixing before adding more. Filling mixture will be thick and smooth flowing. Remove 1/3 of filling and add to a small bowl and add yellow food coloring and mix! Freeze both white and yellow mixtures for 1 hour. After 1 hour the mixture should be firm enough to make balls. Take a small portion of the yellow and form a ball, then take a portion a little larger than the yellow, flaten and place yellow ball in the center wrapping the white filling around the yellow and roll/form into a egg shape and place on a baking sheet lined w/parchment. Make the eggs as big or little as you desire. Frezze the formed eggs for another hour or two. Before pulling fillings out of the freezer melt chocolate either in the microwave or over a double boiler. Dip your eggs, drip your eggs, and put it on your pan and let the chocolate set before enjoying. Store in airtight container in the fridge. Remove eggs from fridge and let set at room temperature for 10 minutes before eating 😁”

Water In a saucepan add sugar and a 1/2 cup of water, bring sugar water to a boil. Use a candy thermometor and get your mixture to 240°F (softball stage). While the sugar water comes to temp mix together remaing 1/2 cup water and gelatin ( I used 1 envelope of Unflavored and 1 Black Cherry gelatin) in a bowl of a stand mixer w/whisk attachment. Line a square pan with parchment and dust with powdered sugar. Once sugar water reaches 240°F turn off heat and turn mixer on low speed and carefully pour into gelatin water. SLOWLY! Then turn mixer to highest speed and whip for 5-9 minutes til fluffy and peaks form. It took about 7-8 minutes for me. Finally evenly pour marshmallow mixture into prepared pan and dust again w/powdered sugar. Allow marshmallow to set for 3+ hours. After set turn marshmallow out onto powdered surface and cut into desired sizes. Clean and Grease/dust your cutter inbetween cuts. Roll in more powdered sugar to prevent sticking.
