Ik this is a controversial topic but the reason im saying this is because it is not a toxic relationship. Even though Zenitsu falls in love with every girl he sees, its due to his past relationships. And we can see some character development in him. At least he is not begging on the side of the road anymore for a random stranger to marry him. And if you read the manga you would know that ge likes Nezuko because of her personality,not just because of her beauty.
