A tiny brentid beetle (ca. 6mm, Brentidae, primitive weevils). Looks like a Curculionid, but the antenna are entirely beaded (no club-shaped basal segment). Attracted by camp lights in the miombo forests of Mikembo (DR Congo, Katanga, January 2013). Studio work with an ethanol preserved specimen, staged on a dried Ficus twig. Image based on 176 exposures, assembled in Zerene Stacker (images presized to 75%, a bit faster). Canon 5Dmkii, MP-E 65mm at 4x, ISO-100, f/5, 1/160sec, flash diffused with tracing paper.
