レトロな建物が残る長野県松本市の上土（あげつち）町（松本市大手４）で、大正時代に造られた旧映画館「松本電気館」の建物を再生し、街づくりの拠点にしようというプロジェクトが進められている。歴史的建築物を生かし、大正ロマン漂う町としてにぎわいを出そうと、住民有志や松本大学（松本市）などが取り組んでいる。
